Terms and Conditions of Hostel "Balcones Habana Vieja”

1. Reservations:
- Reservations can be made through our official website, via email, or by phone.
- To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the current reservation policy.

2. Cancellations:
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the advance notice provided. The specific cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking will determine these charges.

3. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 15:00 hours onwards, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 hours. Failure to adhere to these times may result in additional charges.

4. Payments:
- The total payment for the stay is due at check-in, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
- Regardless of charge instructions, guests acknowledge that they personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by them during their stay.

5. Guest Policy:
- Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the hostel premises. For security and safety reasons, non-registered guests are not permitted.

6. Conduct:
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards the staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

7. Liability:
- The hostel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
- The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Hostel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

8. Services and Amenities:
- The hostel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as other services that require payment, such as laundry, ironing, and other products. Should guests require these services, please contact hostel staff.
- Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use are available in rooms.

9. Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
